Virtual information sessions

We often hold live Zoom sessions to provide more information about the program and what you can expect from the student experience. While we have no upcoming sessions on the calendar, you can watch an earlier recording of an application workshop to learn more.

We also previously held an application workshop with Project EduAccess.

Open house sessions

We offer open house sessions virtually and in person. These sessions are a chance to give you all of the information you need about the Global Human Development program. The session includes a presentation and Q&A with current students so you can find out more about topics like the curriculum and student experience.

Early career candidate connect

We offer an early career candidate info session for recent graduates or early career candidates thinking about graduate school. In this session, we’ll give application tips and discuss the one-to two-year work experience we require to apply to the program.

Global Social Innovation Lab

The Global Social Innovation Lab is an annual pitch competition where undergraduate and graduate students form teams to solve the world’s most pressing problems. This is a chance for you to interact with experts in the field, engage in human-centered design and learn how to pitch your innovative ideas effectively. Previous topics included sustainable food systems, climate, nutrition and health, social justice, public policy, technology for development and social entrepreneurship.
