Students
Joining the graduate Security Studies Program (SSP) means joining the next generation of analysts, policymakers and scholars as you tackle the 21st century’s most pressing national and international security problems. With over 200 instructors who currently work in the field, SSP classes focus on developing the critical thinking, briefing and writing skills to make lasting contributions to the security field.
Our future leaders come from a variety of diverse professional backgrounds, with experience in the military, intelligence, private sector and research fields. Our student clubs, SFS Career Center, CSS Speaker Series and Alumni Mentorship Program (AMP) allow you to take full advantage of the many resources available within the SSP community as you navigate your careers in security.
