Title: Fern Holland International Affairs Fellowship Program, Office of Congressman Seth Moulton

The Office of Congressman Seth Moulton (MA-06) is offering a full-time, paid foreign policy fellowship for Spring 2022. This opportunity is based on financial need and is only open to candidates who are Pell-grant eligible. The fellowship is in our Washington, D.C. office. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the fellow will have the option to work remotely, in-person, or a combination of the two. Current undergraduate students, recent college graduates, and students currently enrolled in graduate school are eligible.

The fellow will work on assignments about foreign policy and national security, in addition to the regularly assigned intern responsibilities, including:

  • Conducting legislative research
  • Taking notes at briefings and hearings
  • Organizing research from Members of Congress and outside organizations
  • Writing briefings for the Congressman
  • Drafting questions for House Armed Services Committee hearings
