Title: Andrew Shoyer (MSFS‘86) plays a key role in NAFTA negotiation.

The North American Free Trade Agreement comes into force. Andrew Shoyer (MSFS‘86) is the principal U.S. legal counsel in the negotiation of market access rules of the treaty. Today Shoyer is an adjunct professor of international trade and investment policy in the MSFS program and a partner in the law offices of Sidley Austin LLP.
