Sahar Wakilzada is a sophomore studying International Politics at the School of Foreign Service. As an Afghan-American who fled Afghanistan and became a refugee at a young age, she has developed a passion for refugee and human rights. Upon concluding her studies at Georgetown, she hopes to specialize in Public Policy in hopes of shaping the US immigration system.
