Ranee is a sophomore concentrating in Foreign Policy and pursuing a minor in Journalism along with a certificate in Diplomatic Studies. She is passionate about expanding education access, promoting free press, and exploring how these public goods affect international development. Ranee currently interns with a hometown nonprofit to foster awareness on global issues in Alabama.
At Georgetown, Ranee is a teaching assistant for Map of the Modern World and delivers the class remotely to high schools through the National Education Equity Lab. She can also be found writing articles as a deputy editor for The Hoya or welcoming new students as a State Chair for the Georgetown Admissions Ambassador Program. Ranee plans to explore the fields of diplomacy and foreign correspondence in the future and is thrilled to embark on this journey as part of the 2024 Paul F. Pelosi Scholars Cohort!
