Associate Dean Polly Robey began her career at Georgetown University in 2006 in the Office of Global Education (formerly OIP) where she served as Assistant Director for study abroad. She was also formerly an advisor for program options in the UK, Turkey, Germany, and Austria. Prior to Georgetown, Dean Robey worked at Johns Hopkins University for the W.P. Carey Program in Entrepreneurship & Management, assisting students pursuing coursework in business, finance, and accounting. Dean Robey assisted with the JHU Business Plan Competition as well as the Professional Communication Program. Dean Robey holds a B.A. in Economics and German from the University of Michigan and received her M.A. in German from the University of Georgia. She believes in encouraging her students to fully pursue the wealth of resources Georgetown has to offer and aims to support them in every step of their academic and personal development.
