Nirvana Khan
2022 Paul F. Pelosi Scholar
Nirvana Khan is a sophomore in the Walsh School of Foreign Service majoring in International Politics and pursuing a certificate in Eastern European and Russian studies. She is originally from Bangladesh but now calls Falls Church, Virginia, home. On campus, she enjoys competing with the GUMUN travel team (currently ranked #1 globally!), assisting students with economics as a Teaching Assistant, and representing her class as a GUSA senator. Growing up in a military family, Nirvana is passionate about public service as well as peacekeeping, especially in the Eastern Europe and Eurasia region. She couldn't be more excited to be a part of this year's cohort of Paul F. Pelosi Scholars!
