Elizabeth Ash

Elizabeth Ash, a junior in the School of Foreign Service, is majoring in International Economics and minoring in Spanish. She hopes to pursue a public service career that combines her interests in agricultural development, gender equality, and digital financial inclusion. Past internships with the World Bank’s Digital Agriculture team and the World Food Prize Foundation sparked her interest in food security and development economics. At Georgetown, Elizabeth plays violin in an orchestra and is involved with Catholic Ministry. This semester, she’s studying abroad in Quito, Ecuador, and she calls Iowa home.
