Chendi Liu

Chendi is a sophomore in the School of Foreign Service studying International Politics with a concentration in International Law, Institutions and Ethics. She’s from the Greater Indianapolis area in Indiana. Her academic interests are in women, peace and security as well as U.S.-China relations. On campus, she’s a teaching assistant for Map of the Modern World. This summer she will be an intern with the State Department’s Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs in the U.S. Embassy in Papua New Guinea. During her time at Georgetown and beyond, she hopes to work on advancing the position of women around the world.
