Former IMF Practitioner Patricia Brenner (SFS’67) was one of just 25 women enrolled full-time at the School of Foreign Service when she arrived on Georgetown’s campus. Coming from a small-town in Missouri, Brenner took advantage of all that her education in the heart of Washington, D.C. had to offer.
Brenner found her SFS classes particularly rewarding, not just for their content, but the critical analysis skills her professors helped her to develop. “They really challenged us with not only subject matter, but literally how to think,” she says.
