Audrey Ledford (she/her), who majored in Culture and Politics and graduated from SFS in May 2024, participated in the Africa Is People C-Lab in March 2024, which traveled to Ghana.
“The Africa is People C-Lab in Ghana allowed me to travel to the African continent for the first time and experience a culture and history that is just simply inaccessible inside classroom walls. Engaging with Ghanians in artistic, historical, and queer spaces showed me a unique and multifaceted side of Ghana that is only made possible through our Professor, Kwame Otu, and his collaborators at SIT University of Ghana.”
