Joella Kiondo (SFS’25) is on a mission to connect cultures and uplift voices. As a culture and politics (CULP) major, she’s found purpose in advancing urban development across the African continent. Whether working with the Hilltop Consultants or co-facilitating the Black Leadership Forum, Kiondo blends compassion, creativity and community wherever she goes.

She is grateful for working with people “who are very interested in problem solving, who are driven, who have really creative solutions for things. They all taught me how to structure my ideas and how to present solutions in a very tangible way,” she says. #Hoyas2025
