Ophelia is passionate about the energy transition and energy security, particularly its interactions with the international legal system and global economic interdependence. At Georgetown, Ophelia conducts research on EU competition and industrial policy as a Mortara Undergraduate Research Fellow, serves as a Logistics Co-chair on the Carroll Round International Economics Conference Steering Committee, and works as an Outreach Associate with Hatch Tutors. She is grateful to be a member of the 2025 Pelosi Scholars cohort and excited to pursue her passion for public service.
