Harnoor is a sophomore in the SFS studying Science, Technology, and International Affairs with a concentration in Biotechnology and Global Health. She is extremely passionate about the intersection of global health and international development; specifically, she wishes to work on increasing access to women’s health in rural areas. In an effort to pursue this interest, Harnoor served as a BSFS Summer Award recipient during her internship at a public health institute in Karnataka, India, this past summer. At Georgetown, she is involved with the Hilltop Microfinance Initiative, Project RISHI, and Georgetown Global Consulting. She also enjoys engaging with religion as a board member of the Sikh Student Association. In her free time, she loves watching Bollywood movies and going for monument runs!
