Grace Parcover
Baltimore, MD | Intl. Politics
Grace attended a high school magnet program for Law and Public Policy, and her academic interests at SFS have continued to focus on the intersection between women’s empowerment and diplomacy. She is particularly fascinated by the concept of positive deviance–the collaboration between certain members of a community who have had more success than their peers in addressing specific issues such as malnutrition, financial stability, and access to education. At Georgetown, Grace is an ESCAPE First-Year Retreat Leader, serves on the Student Library Committee, and is the undergraduate representative on the Faculty Library advisory committee. Additionally, she is a co-president of Georgetown’s Concert Choir and is a teaching assistant for Prof. Anna Sommer.
