Jack Gasdia
Hudson, NH | Intl. Politics
While at Georgetown, Jack has cultivated specific research interests in conflict transformation and peacebuilding, especially in the context of the Arab-Israeli conflict. He is originally from Hudson, New Hampshire, and next summer hopes to intern abroad, looking for work in a U.S. embassy or for an NGO. On campus, he is a student tutor with the Georgetown Pivot Program and a Coordinator for Georgetown Catholic Faith Communities. He is also a 2022-23 Student Scholar with the Georgetown Global Cities Initiative, where he is conducting original research on urban peacebuilding. In the future, Jack hopes to work in the U.S. government as a foreign policy practitioner and is considering both civil service and Foreign Service pathways. In his free time, you’ll find him listening to his favorite music on a neighborhood walk, exploring DC restaurants, or scouring Lauinger Library for a good read. Jack is thrilled to work with the rest of the Pelosi cohort this year!
