Anya is a sophomore in the School of Foreign Service majoring in Science, Technology, & International Affairs and minoring in Chinese and Computer Science. Originally from Arizona, Anya is interested in using technology for social impact. Anya is currently a Mortara Undergraduate Research Fellow, where she works with Professor Rajesh Veeraraghavan on international projects that harness geospatial data to improve unequal development outcomes. Anya is currently interning at the Library of Congress, where she collaborates with fellows to analyze the U.S. copyright catalog. In her free time, Anya enjoys baking, walking her dog, and reading books by candlelight.
