Title: Kay Threatt

Kathryn ThreattKathryn “Kay” Threatt is a senior studying International Politics: Security Studies with a minor in Spanish and a certificate in Diplomatic Studies. During her time as a Georgetown student she has served as a member of the 91st Annual Diplomatic Ball Planning Committee, Secretary & Vice President of the Georgetown University Chapter of the NAACP, and studied abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina as a Gilman International Scholarship Recipient. She currently serves as Co-Student Director of Black Movements Dance Theatre, Senior Coordinator of the 2018 B.R.A.V.E. Summit, Co-Founder & Choreographer for Movements of Grace Praise Dance Ministry, a Patrick Healy Fellow, a member of the 2017-2018 Magis Row Queen House and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Omicron Pi Chapter.

In her free time, she loves hanging out with family and friends, attending bible studies at her church, baking, shopping, watching movies and of course finding a solution to the world’s major conflicts. She is extremely excited that she will be attending the Public Policy & International Affairs (PPIA) Junior Summer Institute at the University of Minnesota’s Humphrey School of Public Policy this summer.
