Natalia Kopytnik is a graduate student at the Center for Eurasian, Russian and East European Studies, focusing on Central and Eastern European studies. This summer, she was in Poland where she interned at the Warsaw Observer and Warsaw Insider magazines, focusing on Polish foreign relations as well as events going on in Warsaw. She also conducted research for her capstone research project on the evolution of Polish feminist publications. Previously, Natalia interned for The Jamestown Foundation, Valkea Media, and The Warsaw Business Journal. She also worked as a translator and editor of Poland A.M. News Digest for two years.
