Online giving form process
Financial contributions to the CGES program can be made online via the online giving form by typing “BMW Center for German and European Studies” in the “Other” designation box. Thank you for your support.
How to give to the BMW Center for German and European Studies
- Access the online giving form and fill out all applicable sections.
- On the donation page under “Your Gift Will Support:” in the box labeled “Other,” type “BMW Center for German and European Studies” to direct your gift to our program specifically.
- You can choose whether or not your gift will be a one-time or recurring donation.
- If you’d like your donation to go directly to CGES’s Flynn Scholarship Fund, enter “BMW Center for German and European Studies” in the “Other” box on the Your Gift page and then on the Your Info page, indicate “I have special instructions for my gift” and enter “Gregory Flynn Scholarship Fund” in the “Special Instructions” box that appears.
- Enter your payment information. Online donations can be made using Visa, American Express or MasterCard.
- Review your donation information for accuracy.
- Receive confirmation and a link to a receipt that you can print out for your records.
Flynn Scholarship Fund
In 2013, CGES began a campaign to fund student scholarships for summer research and internship support. To donate directly to the Flynn Scholarship Fund, please use Georgetown University’s online giving form to make a gift. Enter “BMW Center for German and European Studies” in the “Other” box on the Your Gift page and then on the Your Info page, indicate “I have special instructions for my gift” and enter “Gregory Flynn Scholarship Fund” in the “Special Instructions” box that appears.
