Financial aid and scholarships

Merit aid, scholarships and fellowship opportunities

Approximately 80% of our incoming students receive some amount of merit aid. These awards generally cover between 12.5% and 50% of tuition for two years, contingent upon satisfactory academic progress. You do not need to submit additional information beyond the application for admission to receive a funding offer.

We are proud to offer one two-year, full tuition scholarship to an outstanding member of each incoming MAES class. The Flynn Memorial Scholarship honors Dr. Gregory Flynn, the first director of the M.A. in European Studies. You must be nominated by an undergraduate or graduate professor to be considered.
