Robert La Terza
M.S. in Foreign Service Student
Rob La Terza is a 2021 Emory University graduate holding a BA in political science and history. He previously interned with the Carter Center’s China Program, where he wrote articles for the China Program’s website, The U.S.-China Perception Monitor, analyzed China’s growing market share in arms sales to African states, and wrote briefing materials presented to former President Jimmy Carter. At MSFS, Rob hopes to dive into the politics of the renewable energy transition, especially in the electric vehicle sector.
