Pei-Shan Yu
Associate Teaching Professor
Pei-Shan Yu received her Ph.D. degree in Literacy, Culture and Language Education and dual Master’s degrees in Chinese Pedagogy and Language Education from Indiana University Bloomington (IUB). She has been teaching various levels of Chinese language courses at Georgetown University (GU). She also had experience teaching at the Flagship Chinese Institute (FCI), and the Princeton in Beijing summer program. She has served as Interim Associate Director of FCI before joining GU. Her research has been related to students' learning motivation, reading skills, and proficiency in Chinese grammatical structure.
