M.S. in Foreign Service Student

Moira Christ is an accelerated student pursuing a Master of Science in Foreign Service with a concentration in Global Politics and Security, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service in International Politics with a concentration in Foreign Policy and Policy Processes, and minors in German and African Studies. She is originally from Peachtree Corners, Georgia.

Her professional experience includes a role as a National Security Intern in the Office of U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff in the summer of 2025 and the Department of State’s Paid Student Internship Program in summer 2024, where she interned in the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs in the office of Professional and Cultural Exchanges.

Moira has participated in multiple study abroad programs, beginning with ten months in Germany during her gap year with the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange Program. She then spent time interning and studying abroad in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania during summer 2023, and completed her junior year spring semester at Singapore Management University in Singapore.

She works as a Writing Consultant for the Georgetown University Writing Center and as a Sexual Assault Peer Educator Fellow with Georgetown University Health Education Services. In her free time, she enjoys coffee, pickleball, and traveling.
