Mohamed hopes to work with the U.S. Dept. of State one day, and as a first step toward that, will intern there next summer as a Pelosi Scholar, with the Near Eastern Affairs Area Studies team. As a Pelosi Scholar, Mohamed hopes to learn more about foreign policy careers, and become a more competitive candidate by networking and learning from current and alumni Pelosi Scholars.
