Milena Rodban, SSP'10
Lead Cybersecurity Exercise Planner, Booz Allen Hamilton
“When deciding where to go for grad school, there was only one choice- Georgetown. The program attracts a top notch cohort of students each year, and the faculty, all of whom are not only experts but actual practitioners, is unmatched. We learned both in and out of the classroom, from professors and one another, and still stay in touch. SSP gave me the knowledge, practice, and confidence to put my ideas into action.“
Milena Rodban helps leaders and organizations anticipate and navigate the challenges of an increasingly complex global landscape. By integrating geopolitical risk analysis and cybersecurity with strategic intelligence and scenario planning, she transforms uncertainty into a competitive advantage—a practice she has refined over the past 15 years.
She excels at guiding companies in understanding how geopolitical risks affect their operations and how their decisions and actions can either mitigate or intensify those risks. She then employs tabletop exercises and simulations to help organizations explore potential operational impacts and practice incident and crisis response strategies, strengthening business resilience both in planning and in execution.
She is also the creator of the Geopolitics of Whisk(e)y talk and tasting, an engaging program that introduces geopolitical concepts through an amber-hued lens. Milena returned to the Hilltop on November 21st, 2025 to give her famous talk to our students.
