Laura Brank is a partner at Dechert LLP, an international law firm. She has advised corporations, investment funds, financial institutions, and high net worth individuals on complex cross border corporate and finance transactions, as well as regulatory and sanctions compliance issues, in emerging markets for the past three decades. She was previously the managing partner of Dechert’s Moscow office and prior to that headed the CIS Practice of another global law firm. She has lived in Germany, Russia and the UK during her career and currently splits her time between London and Washington, DC. Laura served in the U.S. Army as a Russian linguist prior to attending law school.
