Katie Rourke, SSP’25

Katie Rourke is a Manager, Defense & Security on Boston Consulting Group's (BCG) Public Sector Vantage team. She is based in the Washington, DC office and has been with BCG for 4 years. In this role, Katie supports strategy projects for the U.S. Department of Defense and other national security agencies, focusing on people and organization strategies, transformation, performance management, strategic communications, and acquisition. She also drives BCG's Public Sector "Seat-at-the-Table" agenda, supporting the firm's executive presence at the Munich Security Conference, Farnborough and Paris Air Shows, Air Force Association conferences, the Space Symposium, and other key events.
