Jean-Luc Euzen
M.S. in Foreign Service Student
Jean-Luc Euzen is concentrating in the Global Business and Finance concentration with the MSFS. He previously has worked at the United States Department of the Treasury in the Africa Office and at the Panagora Group, a former USAID development subcontractor. His interests include development finance, infrastructure development, and the energy transition. At the MSFS, he looks forward to developing his competencies in project finance structuring and learning about how policy, markets, and development intersect.
