Grace Funk
M.S. in Foreign Service Student
Grace Funk is a first-year MSFS student concentrating in Global Politics and Security while pursuing a certificate in Gender, Peace, and Security. She is currently a Governance editor for the Georgetown Journal of International Affairs and a member of Chatham House’s Common Futures Conversations.
Previously, she worked for the Fulbright Program to promote the State Department mission of educational diplomacy, researched Middle East peace processes for the UCLA Center for Middle East Development, and served as Editor-in-Chief of UCLA’s Foreign Affairs Journal, The Generation.
Grace is a recent graduate of UCLA, with Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude honors. She is passionate about history and policy and how their intersection shapes global affairs. In her free time, she likes to read historical fiction, visit museums, and support the Dodgers.
