Carlos Sodi Aliseda

Carlos Sodi is a graduate student currently pursuing a Master of Science in Foreign Service at Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service, concentrating in Geoeconomics, Business, and Finance. He graduated with Distinction from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies with a Global Security concentration, along with a Certificate in Public Policy. With over 3 years of experience in research assistant roles, Carlos has contributed to qualitative data analysis and public-facing research communication in Spanish. He has also participated in academic research research on law enforcement militarization in Latin America. In Washington, D.C., Carlos worked as a Communications Associate at Jubilee USA Network, supporting advocacy on global financial reform through research, digital communications, and stakeholder engagement. Carlos is fluent in English and Spanish, and conversational in Dutch and French.
