Belen Bianco is the Senior Project Advisor at the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs (UNODA) Regional Centre for Peace, Disarmament and Development in Latin America and the Caribbean (UNLIREC), where she works with the Caribbean team.
Prior to this, she worked with other Disarmament-focused UN organizations, such as the UNODA in Geneva and the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research (UNIDIR) Science and Technology Programme. Her professional experience also includes roles at several prominent think tanks, including the European Leadership Network (ELN), the Arms Control Association, the Center for Security and Emerging Technology (CSET), and the Center for Security Studies.
