Becca Speer

Becca Speer is a first-year master’s student in the Security Studies Program, concentrating in International Security. She is interested in diplomacy and international law. Becca has experience in both the private and public sectors, having previously served as Chief of Staff at American Express and volunteered in the New York community.

Becca attended Boston College, where she studied International Studies with a concentration in Cooperation and Conflict and a minor in Journalism. During her time at Boston College, she worked in the career center and with the U.S. Department of State. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
