Anita’s family history first sparked her interest in public service, particularly in human rights and migration. Through her coursework at Georgetown and her professional experiences, she has also grown interested in how areas such as tech policy, public–private sector partnerships, and international security intersect with these original passions. On campus, Anita serves as a Project Manager for Georgetown Global Consulting, where she collaborates with international nonprofits, and as a Lead Teaching Fellow, teaching international relations to high school students. She has previously interned with the U.S. House of Representatives and the Embassy of Cambodia. As a Pelosi Scholar, she is excited to learn from others in the cohort and hear the diverse stories that have inspired their commitment to public service!
