Dr. Horiba is a leading specialist in mediation and peacebuilding in Southeast Asia. She has extensive experience supporting mediation efforts in Southern Thailand, promoting women’s political participation across Asia, and strengthening civil society networks throughout the region. She brings more than a decade of field research and practical peacebuilding experience in Southeast Asia, particularly in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand.
