When Xinran Qi (MSFS’11) arrived on The Hilltop from his home country of China, he knew that he was joining an institution that would enable him to learn from top practitioners in international affairs and security. What he did not expect was to find a community that would help him navigate life in the U.S. as an international student, encourage him to pursue new passions and support him to build a career in his chosen field.
He says, “I was very lucky that many people helped me out and made my experience here rewarding, smooth, and I just want to say thank you to them!”
