Cristina Zhang is a second-year Master’s degree student in the Latin American Studies Program with a concentration in Political Economy and China-Latin America relations. She is a Chinese Brazilian who has a passion for bridging her two homelands. This summer, Cristina spent three months in São Paulo, Brazil, where she took two courses at PUC-SP, and worked as an intern at FIESP, working on projects to promote Brazilian foreign trade and investment, especially in China. Cristina majored in Economics as an undergraduate at Fudan University. She speaks Portuguese, English and Mandarin.
