Ambassador Hoza is a BSFS in 1979 graduate, and recently retired from the U.S. Foreign Service in 2017. He spent thirty-two years in the Foreign Service, with eleven overseas assignments on four different continents, culminating in an ambassadorship to Cameroon, after having been nominated by President Barack Obama on July 31, 2013.
