Does the Waning of America’s Global Leadership Spell the Weakening of the Transatlantic Partnership?

The Transatlantic Policy Symposium (TAPS) is an annual conference fully organized by the graduate students of the BMW Center for German and European Studies in the Walsh School of Foreign Service. The conference brings together academics, students, and professionals from around the world to discuss pressing issues at the heart of the transatlantic relationship.

This year’s conference will feature a keynote address by Dr. Karen Donfried, President of The German Marshall Fund of the United States, as well as expert panels that include speakers from the Brookings Institution, Center for New American Security, U.S.-Russia Foundation, and U.S. Trade and Development Agency.
