Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service in Qatar (SFS-Q) celebrated ten years of the university’s achievements in Education City with a two-day conference titled “Scapes of Power: A Critical Appraisal.” It featured prominent scholars and academics from across the world.

The conference was concluded by a gala celebration, which brought together government officials, members of the diplomatic community, visiting dignitaries, and special guests to commemorate the occasion.
Gala Celebration Marks 10 Years of Georgetown Achievements
As part of the celebration, Georgetown University also hosted an Alumni Dinner. Drawing more than 130 guests including 90 alumni from both the Qatar and US campuses residing across the Middle East, the event was also attended by visiting dignitaries and special guests.
