STIA Major Making a Difference in Africa
Like many SFS students, Eric Pohlman '04 joined the Peace Corps when he graduated. He served for two years in Cameroon as an agro-forestry volunteer. But unlike most of his peers, he stayed in Africa.

Each year, U.S. and foreign diplomats as well as military and CIA officers are detailed to the School of Foreign Service's Institute for the Study of Diplomacy to help build scholar-practitioner collaboration. SFS students reap the benefits.
