Bruce Hoffman Appointed to Commission To Review FBI’s Post-9/11 Response To Terrorism, Radicalization

Professor Bruce Hoffman, Director of the Security Studies Program, has been appointed to serve on a commission that will review the FBI’s implementation of the recommendations from the 9/11 commission. This independent panel will be looking at issue such as progress made since 9/11 by the FBI to address the threat of terrorism, all information relevant to 9/11 including the raid on bin Laden’s compound to ensure the report reflects the most complete analysis of the 9/11 plot as well as on the evolving threat of terrorism worldwide, including cyberterrorism and domestic radicalization.
