MacArthur Foundation Renews ISIM Funding
The John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, through its Initiative for Global Migration and Human Mobility, recently awarded the Institute for the Study of International Migration (ISIM) a $1,050,000 grant to support ISIM's research, workshops and conferences on the institutional and legal systems governing international migration and the relationship between migration and development.
The funding will also support International Migration, a peer-reviewed interdisciplinary journal edited and published by ISIM. This award directly follows the Foundation’s 2006 grant to ISIM of $750,000 for the same program areas.
