Vets in the Classroom
In a recent article for the Chronicle of Higher Education, Security Studies Program (SSP) Director Daniel Byman, author of the recent book The Five Front War: The Better Way to Fight Global Jihad (Wiley & Sons, 2007), provided a concise treatment of his support for a new GI Bill that would increase educational benefits to veterans to better cover the high cost of graduate-level work at elite institutions.
